Corporate Administrative Assistant
Growing local company is looking for a seasoned Corporate Administrative Assistant to handle a range of daily tasks, including, but not limited to the following:
- Support executives with general operational tasks.
- Schedule appointments and meetings using Outlook.
- Responsible for email correspondence.
- Answer main line phone as needed.
- Handling travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Order office supplies.
- Arrange food and audio/visual equipment for company meetings.
- Assist with various projects in the HR and Purchasing departments.
- Assist with accounting paperwork and billing.
- Responsible for inbound and outbound mail. Experience printing shipping labels is a plus.
- Assist with audits as needed.
- Run and distribute reports for several managers and departments.
- Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships.
