  • The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general office support to managers and staff
  • Will handle office reception functions including answering phones, greeting customers and vendors
  • Filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Process mail and distribution
  • Assist in compiling letters, contracts, proposals, and job packets
  • Planning and set up for office meetings including ordering catering and assisting in organization of meetings
  • Order office supplies
  • Complete special projects as required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an Administrative role
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and courteous attitude when greeting office visitors, answering the phones, or assisting colleagues and clients
