Local professional office is looking for an outgoing person to handle their receptionist position.
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Handling mail and Fedex
- Some administrative duties such as filing, creating documents in Word, scheduling meetings in Outlook
- Excel experience is a plus
- Assist managers with projects
- Previous office experience required
- Must be friendly and have excellent communication skills
- Previous scheduling experience either in Outlook or another software is preferred
Full time positions are Monday through Friday 8am - 5:00pm
Part time positions are 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week, 4 to 8 hours per day. There is flexibility with days worked and times.
Must be friendly and outgoing
Must have some computer skills
