Hatfield area company is looking for an outgoing personable person to join their Customer Support department.
This person will be handling incoming and outgoing calls to customers and entering information into computer. You will be tracking orders and inventory. Must be able to multi-task.
Must have an excellent phone voice.
Previous customer service or phone experience preferred.
Experience in a call center a plus.
Some business experience preferred but recent grads will be considered.
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Professional phone voice
- High school diploma required, college degree a plus
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be extremely organized
- Must have a car, not accessible by public
- Must be able to successfully pass drug and background screening
