Customer Service Representative
Montgomeryville, PA | Temporary-to-Hire
- Handle incoming calls from customer accounts
- Will troubleshoot problems such as looking up status of order, ship dates, etc.
- Will be communicating with internal personnel as well as customers
- Will also handle billing of orders shipped and handle billing questions from customers
- Outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders
- Department is very busy and fast paced
- Must be comfortable working in a Windows computer environment
- Previous corporate customer service experience preferred
Must be computer literate.
Previous customer service experience in an office setting.
Have a pleasant phone voice and ability to organize and multi-task.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
