Administrative Assistant

Growing company is looking for an administrative person to assist in the corporate office.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings using Outlook
  • Handling the mail and correspondence
  • Answering phones
  • Handling travel arrangements
  • Order office supplies
  • Arrange food and audio visual equipment for meetings
  • Filing
  • Assist with projects in the HR and purchasing departments
  • Assist with accounting paperwork/billing
  • Assist with audits
  • Run and distribute reports for several managers/departments
  • Excellent computer skills in Word & Excel
  • PowerPoint, Oracle and/or SAP a plus

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills on phones and writing
  • Good attention to detail
  • Must have your own transportation
  • Previous office experience required
  • Previous billing, accounting, clerical, receptionist or admin experience a plus
  • Must be able to successfully pass drug and background screening
